Why is her theripists face not shown just his hands and feet?

My guess is, if it ever becomes a series, he may be an important reveal on later episodes? Perhaps a guy she has to kill, or it could be to make the show seem intriguing.

That is what I was thinking too. I found it very interesting that they were not showing his face, but I hope we get to find out soon.

He's probably a bad guy. After all, it was on his advice that she tracked down her father, so maybe the therapist is going to try and kill her dad.

I have a feeling he turns out to be a bad guy, but they had to leave some loose ends so people will want to watch the series... if they're making one.
