It's a reference to the State sketch where they're at a children's birthday party and Ben Garant is talking about The Wall. It's replicated almost shot for shot at the party where all the men are naked. I feel kind of geeky for catching that.

Hee hee, I got it too, man. And I love how that's Ben Garant's only line, too. It was funny in the State, cuz he was talking with a bunch of kids about a 25 year old album...but I laughed really hard when he repeated that for this movie.
Kind of like how in Californication, David Duchovny tells Ken Marino to "Go dip your balls in THAT"
