I can stomach watching a lot of things. However, vomit really makes my skin crawl. I read that this is real vomit? I dunno. Ive been on a journey to see the "most disturbing films ever" and I may have to skip this one. What do you think

If you really hate vomit, I would run as far away from this movie (and its sequel, 'ReGOREgitated Sacrifice') as I possibly could get, and don't look back.
I, however, thought it was a great movie, despite it being one of the sickest, most twisted and surreal pieces of work I have ever seen.
It was definitely... an experience. Probably never to be repeated, though.
However, if you're determined to watch the sickest films out there, this is definitely worth one look (even if it's from behind a pillow ).
