How is this entertaining?

Not trying to start an argument here. But I'm just really interested to see how people find this entertaining? I've seen plenty of disturbing films. Many that had a plot [Men Behind the Sun, Threads, etc.] and many that didn't [August Underground, Guinea Pig, Aftermath, etc.]

But I mean, seriously, how can you find a guy throwing up into a beer stein, then chugging his own vomit, then throwing it back up again be entertaining? How could you actually put this on for a 2nd viewing? Please try to explain this to me.

And when I listened to the director try to justify himself it really didn't help his cause out. His sister kills herself like the girl did in the movie? Not like I know their situation, but it sounded to me like he was probably a great part of WHY she killed herself.
