This movie is one of my all time favorites.

Seriously. I think people tend to bash movies they're confused by.
This is ART. Just seen his follow up ReGOREgitated Sacrifice and hooly sh!t.
If you liked this one, I definitely recommend it! If you didn't...well..
go watch your pg-13 teeny bop crap that they call "horror" these days.
And all of those stupid remakes of classics....now that....is enough to make ME wanna vomit.

This isn't art. This a bunch of random clips of strippers being interviewed and being killed off. If you want to watch an actual art film, go watch Eraserhead or Begotten. This movie seemed like it was made by a rebellious, punk, emo 15 year old who thinks he's twisted and evil. This movie is basically mindless.

I agree! This movie blew me away. I was expecting just a shock film - gross for the sake of gross - and I was totally surprised by the art here!! Amazing. ReGOREgitated Sacrifice is brilliant as well. I cannot recommend these films enough to people who enjoy a challenge, shock art, and intense film experiences. These films are NOT for everyone, but this chick f@!king LOVES them!!! ♥ LV666 ♥

Also agree with the OP. This is definitely 100% art house.

Its just disturbing and almost* incoherent to the point that many cannot get with it. And I don't mean they don't understand it, I mean they can't get with it as a movie. This is because this is aimed at a select audience, not everyone and...

..when you have people arguing whether a film is art or not..it kind of becomes art by default. Its a freaky f'vcked up little film,

I am not as fond of the film as you are but I do agree that the film is art. Art isn't just about beauty. Art can make a statement. With still shots you can create a gallery showing the depravity and exploitation in the porno industry. I also view the view as a critique of those trying to achieve the 'American Dream' and socially acceptable goals of fame and fortune.

I agree with your comments about remakes. Every time a remake is made it shuts out a film with imagination and insight from the limelight.

I really don't get everyone that argues if this is "art" or "not art". Who the f cares? When it comes down to it, it's a f'ing movie that is absolutely made because of the extremes that the director and the actors/actresses would go to - prob things they liked to do in their everyday lives- made on a small budget. It's complete shock value. This is pretty much like if I or anyone had an iPhone, was a f'ing weirdo and loved to have people *beep* in their mouth and wallow in it….throw some cheap production and voice altering stuff on it and then you know it's "art". Stfu, haha, this is awful and at least it made me laugh but this dude has made way more than anyone as filthy as him should ever make for doing *beep* he likes. Anyone who supports this stuff…just go make nasty stuff yourself, record with your phone, and hey you have "art", congrats.
