Plot hole... SPOILERS

I get the whole concept of him creating these worlds but why do they start crossing over? Why does he hear the dogs running around? Why does he see himself? How does the note get into the first acts world. Why is the music for Knowing in the first act. Why does the video show the other worlds? Why does the door open mysteriously.
The only thing I can think is that he is playing 3 characters at the same time. But then the other people like MMM would not be different in each act. They must be different worlds. Even if MMM knows who he is since she was 12 she couldn't be all 3 characters at the same time. She's only human after all.

Any ideas?

I guess these are glitches in the matrix. He couldn't create perfect worlds, or maybe he left these clues for himself subconsciously as an effort to escape.

Everything is in his head. He makes everything up so all any thought can easily pop into on world subconsciously.

I took it as being that the three worlds were concurrent. It would kind of make sense; he said that the last one was the 90th, so maybe he had grown bored with individual worlds and decided to try inhabiting three at once. And I think that those things (bumping into himself, seeing the other two verions in the backseat, etc.) didn’t actually "happen", but were subconciously manufactured as hints (or, heck, maybe the other 9s caused them).

I'm going to be that a$$#ole, and three years late on top on that, but this is one of those times I just can't help it: see, all of those plot points that you mention aren't holes at all, as they all are extremely deliverate and purposeful. Yes, everything that happens in the movie is kind of happening at the same time, so to speak in layman terms (it's more complicated than that, but that's besides the point). So, all those details you mention are actually there to help drive the point home. Thus, no plot holes at all, quite the oposite in fact.

Sorry for the condescending rant but sometimes one gets so worked over seeing the same misused terms time after time, again and again, movie board after movie board... I feel like Sisyphus sometimes.

Correct. This movie isn't a puzzle where all the pieces are designed to fit together. The is supposed to have big gaping holes in its logic to really sell the point that this world was created by one being that isn't perfect -- by a long shot. It's like a video-game designer with tons of bugs in his program.

Plus, he fully immersed himself in each character that he played. But, he could never completely get into the character and he had flashes of memories of previous (and maybe future) characters that he played.

And, finally, he's a being so far advanced of humans that us humans aren't really capable of understanding all of the specific points in this creation.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank last years @sshole; I think he did a fine job...

And, of course, if for any reason I am not able to carry out my duties as this year's @sshole, he will fill in for me...

I now have over 7000 films; many of them very rare and OOP. I LOVE to trade. PLEASE ASK! 
