Not something I'd expect from Ryan Reynolds and Melissa McCarthy, started watching it with a few beers and by the end of it I was pretty impressed.

Agreed, wasn't sure what to expect, was really good with lots of twists and cool ideas. Very impressed by Ryan Reynolds in this. It's one of those movies you can watch over and over and find lots of new little things that you didn't notice the first time round.

This movie hit me the same way. I had to watch it again to make sure I picked up on the things I thought I might have missed. Then I read some history about the director and Melissa. It's a very well thought out intellectual/cute movie.

Nothing like this movie, I just think its another fantastic film with Reynolds :)
The man can act with a decent script, which he has been doing more and more in recent years.
I really didn't know what to expect when I started, but I ended up loving it. It's one of my favorite movies for both RR and MM. I found the story so beautiful that I tried introducing it to people, but couldn't get them to bite because I didn't want to give the story away and the cast wadn't enticing enough.

He connected with her in every world because he adored her heart and there was just a deep connection with her that transcended ALL the physical.
I've felt exactly the same thing in real life. Someone i was not remotely attracted to, i ended up falling for on every level, cause i just loved being around them so much as a PERSON. And yes the sexual attraction happened naturally after that/ That's the difference between lust and love.
what a fantastic movie, even better on 3rd viewing. This is criminally underrated here.. 6.4 is a joke.
