Is it even legal to show tapes of unsuspecting people to the open public? Is it just supposed to be a 'Candid Camera' without the setups?

From what I gather, it's all acted out as though they are unsuspecting people, but they are really all actors. I was at first confused about it as well and thought it was pretty unethical, but it seems that's not the case.

To confirm, these are all actors and having some acting experience or being on set, they probably signed a waiver saying that they would be doing a scene and it would be taped at unsuspecting moments.

The high school blonde gal is actually an actress, Jennifer Spencer Redford, from Pixel Perfect, a Disney Channel Original movie.
