on the bbc tonight - who saw it ? spoilers

very good

sudden ending, though eh !!!

very true though, within the country or as a country you can think your safe in a ivory tower, but if you are letting some people sink into terrible situations, the world will be a bad place and it will eventually affect you as well.

I wasn't sure if he did Stab the Colin Firth character though or if the arrest was from the last time he went to jail.

no no no he deffo stabby stabbered him! That's why its called born Equal, because although the families were completely different > one was really rich and one poor...the children were both going to be born equal as they both would not have fathers!!
Thats what i thought it meant anyway :s It was fab!!

I thought it was very clever. But I took it as being less about the individuals and more about what they represented

Was Yemi the journalist ?

I think the journalist was Mark equivilent, ie, hard working, educated, a journalist, he was just born in the wrong country, or he would have Mark's life.

When his wife cried to her boss, it was a chance for her to help, but capitilasim loves money, she just wouldn't feel it right to give her the money and help a maid, but she told her it would be okay, and without the money it wasn't.

Also although she took the money, she returned it but was still fired punished for this,

it was just there to show many different sides,

Mark trying to help the young girl, shows that helping is not always that easy and has it's complications

it's a hard issue, without a quick fix soloution
