what if...

great film.no doubt about that, but think of it this way: if the first five contestants shoot and they all survive, does the last one pull the trigger anyway? there are too many variables for this thing to actually exist. in a film, sure...anything is possible, right?

i was thinkin they should've made it like...if the first 5 pulls are blanks, the last contestant also gets the $5 million, OR gets to spin & pull for $10 million.

now THAT would've made it better.

i will admit, i laughed a bit when - died & everyone was so happy they were still alive with their $5 million that they didn't really care too much about him being slumped over in the chamber.

maybe it would have been more suspenseful if there were only 5 people then the last person would have the same chance of living and getting the $5mm or not obviously if he shot himself. i was thinking the same thing...you have six bullets then by the time the last person gets up, he's already dead so to speak and he gets nothing.

I was wondering the same exact thing! The 6th person would knowingly be committing suicide. There's no longer a risk or chance to win anything so why would they do it?

reply

I was thinking the same thing... they pulled the 5th guy's name and said "Our next contestant will be Brad and then Rick!".....wtf? "And then"? Who would go full-retard and pull the trigger when the odds are 1/1 that the chamber was loaded?
