She explained she had thrown up due to morning sickness. (Of that I'm well aware of...lol) so it surprised me that they showed it, but nevertheless it actually happened.

I didn't really scare me cuz it made the movie like reality...it happens u know...but that was nasty how she threw up on the table where that lil boy was eating and all his momma did was wipe it up with a towel...um ur suppose to sanitize!!! now that scared the shyt out of me!!!

You are not alone. I thought that part was disgusting and unneccesary. We all know most people throw up during pregnancy so it's not really necessary to show us just how it looked. All they had to do was have her run to the bathroom and we would have gotten the point. So i feel you. It seems all movies have it now so I guess we better get used to it.

reply

Yeah, I mean it didn't scare me like OMG that was horrible let me cover my eyes, it was more like the type of scare you get when somebody jumps out from behind something and says BOO. It was just unexpected b/c I wasn't watching until that exact moment.

I don't give a care is thread is over a year and a half old, I'm commenting anyway. :)

I believe I'm emetophobic*(although I haven't been officially evaluated for it, lol), so when I saw that scene in the *preview* for the film, I covered my eyes and was pissed off. Why'd they have to show it? Don't *ever* want to see this movie, because of the vomiting. I know this movie is from around 2006, just saying.

Emetophobia: a fear of throwing up yourself or seeing and/or hearing others throw up, whether real or fake. Only about 1%-2% of people have it. (Look it up.)
