Questions?

If Henri loved Emma (as proved in the ending), why did he drug her in the first place?
Why would he not let her leave the house, either?
(Why did she move from her good job, and good money in the first place?)

What was Emma's brother's true intentions for giving Henri the drugs?

Why did the bad guy, I can't remember his name, even want the house that desperately to begin with?

I see that this board doesn't have much, so I don't know if these questions will ever get answered, but I figured it was worth a try!

I'm gonna give this a go!
From what I understood, Henri never drugged her, it was Pollock the night he was there for the dinner party, to make her seem insane.
He didn't want her to leave because he worried about her and her son and her massive trust fund.
Emma seemingly wanted to come back to her home and maybe relocated because she was having a baby or just to be near her family.
Emma's brother was paid by the bad guy, Pollock, to give Henri the drugs so Pollock could tamper with her pills and frame Henri.
The bad guy didn't want the house, but he murdered people there and he didn't want the gardener's son who saw everything to remember the details he forgot!
