Hahah yeah that's true. I never thought about how stupid of a question she asked. I have to say that the dumbest part for me was the entire Evans family golfing adventure. Could it have been any more boring? And Ashley Tisdale was positively the most annoyinh she could have been with her high pitched, daddy's girl, Paris Hilton wannabe moans and shrieks.

I agree, Tisdale is a good actress, bringing across the annoying-ness of the character so well!
And yeah, what else can 'T' stand for? And if I were him, you wouldn't get your girlfriend a necklace with YOUR initial on. Isn't that a bit full of yourself?

They cut the stupid part out and that was the part when Sharpay was singing that song with Ryan and those girls that she wanted to perform with Troy.

i watched the movie with my best guy n girl friends n everyone was like wat else coul T stand for. that made gabriella look stupid. but i feel the stupdiest part of the movie was how everyone automatically knows the words + dance moves to a song sequence, n isn't embarrased to perform it in the middle of public places.

the acting was good from everyone except vanessa + monique. there's was pathetic!

personally, I love musicals, I just hate how they keep breaking into song... it's so unrealistic

its a musical. the people in a musical tend to know the words/dance moves in that particular type of movie. everyone needs to get that through their heads that its supposed to be like that. and most musicals are, well, fiction. they're not real so why make them realistic.

I am pretty glad they cut that bit out! Watched the cut version before I saw the full DVD version, and it is definately the worst part of an otherwise great film!

Pssh, the worst part is where Troy tells kids that your future doesn't matter as long as you got friends. YAAAY FOR SUPERFICIALITY! Popularity once again triumphs over brains!!! :)

first of all, while it is good to have brains, popularity is unfortunatly more important these days. look at hilary clinton. the only two reason shes gotten this far is that she is a she and that her husband was president. those reasons have nothing to do with intellegence. on the other hand, the whole point was that its good have your future set, but, quoting the movie here, "loosing yourself to get what you want" isnt worth it in the long run. in other words, if you have to lie to yourself and your friends to get ahead in your future, it isnt worth it at all. if you can wait, wait. you have time. if not, go with JDAY here and screw the whole world. who needs them?

Stupidest thing is the whole I dont dance routine, I mean he blatently blatently DOES dance!! Dont get me wrong I love the song but the whole concept of the thing is ridiculous!

yeah i thought the "i dont dance" was stupid too. i mean he was dancing! it made no sense. and i didn't like "what time is it" i mean think, ur in the lunch room singing and then all of a sudden songs over u stop? it was very unrealistic how they kept breaking into song. in like every scene! ugh. annoyance!
