Gabriella character was soo annoying!

Her poor me act got irritating! He missed their dinner date cause he was planning his future with bigwigs who could help him with a SCHOLARSHIP and they invited him to dinner. Was he supposed to say ''im not coming to dinner mr evans cause i have a dinner with my girlfriend''! I mean they can have dinner any other night. And we must feel sorry for her that he asked Sharpe's opinion on the Italian shoes but not Gabriellas. Oh shame poor you. Grow up your boyfriend can talk to other girls.

And even when Troy found her dancing with Ryan, we must still think that Troy is to blame and she doesnt even look guilty! Lastly was it so important to her that she sing the final song with Troy that she devised a plan to eliminate Sharpe from it. That screams selfishness.

LOL yeh well Disney writers aren't exactly the best these days, what can I say. Gabriella isn't a very well written character. They could have given her much more depth. But honestly are you surprised? it's rated G so they aren't gonna give her a major, legit reason to be upset with him. she was supposed to feel neglected, like he was becoming distant haha. to us it is melodramatic, but it works in the film one way or another. i liked her song ;) sure no girl would react like that in real life, but this is disney

I don't think that Gabriella would have minded that Troy planned things for his future. The point was that he made plans with her and then didn't even bother to call her to cancel them. Thats why she was annoyed.

Gabriella was a nice girl but I found her a bit of a goody two shoes.

I agree. Gabriella was likable in the first movie; she was a charming girl and actually had a legit reason for being pissed off at Troy. I find her exceptionally annoying in the two HSM sequels.
