What? When did they call her a "spicy latina"? I just assumed they wanted to give her a different look (as apparently per Mike Mignola's request, as I heard he wants each medium Hellboy appears in to be slightly different)... She doesn't even really look latina.

Or she could the daughter of a Latina who married and took the last name of her white father.
