1)What was up with the large guy with the brief-case at the beginning? Was this ever really revealed?

2)The lead female demon said late in the film "we know you have a helper--but we don't know who--where is he" blah blah. ...Uh...shouldn't they know? First of all, given his eventual backstory, I would have thought he would be a prime suspect in their eyes. PLUS: the first time we see him he is attacked by a demon and pulled down a dark passage. ...The only way I can see this not being a plot-hole is if he turned around and killed the demon dragging him.

1. He introduced the bad guys, with the man sucking the life out of him and such.

2. The helper is the girl, they are searching for his love interest.

1) Okay, fine...but it seems like that introduction brings in questions that are never answered.

2) I don't agree. His love interest is just as clueless as he is (actually, far more so). They're referring to the old man/demon.

I'm thinking that even though they were able to drag the old guy away, since he was still technically one of them, they were unable to kill him, and since everything resets when Ian dies, they probably didn't know where he was or what form he was taking.

i think the fat guy had seen the demon hence he was realy scared in the lift , but im not sur ehow he died he didnt appear to be stabbed unless he had a heart attck

1. He was running from the "demons" and that is how we are introduced to them as the fat guy dies.

2. She tells the main character that they know he's getting help, but they don't know who. They don't know because the old guy aka the helper was never caught when he killed. The old man was the only one who figured out how to kill their own kind till the lead character did it in his past life. When the old guy is dragged away he probably killed the demon that pulled him away since the others don't know how too.

The two guys were able to kill their own kind because the strenth they receive from the loved ones was stronger the the fear and death the other demons prayed on.

Happen to fall off a cliff. Might as well try to fly.
