Favorite Antagonists

Even though he wasn't the worst antagonist, one of my faves was Jason Bly. Yeah he was a major D, but he ended up being kinda cool in the end and usually did Michael a favor. My other fave is Larry. He was pure evil and Tim Matheson played him perfectly. Very maniacal with dark humor. Kinda like Joker.

ooh, i LOVED Larry, too. he was perfect for that role. like it was written for him. he absolutely NAILED each performance, he was evil with a grin.

and loved Jason Bly....he was bad, but not evil. he had a sense of right and wrong and would go THISCLOSE to the edge, without crossing it. he is a good actor. enjoy him alot.

as well as Tim Matheson. he can make you believe a character.

Larry and his "deadys".

Jason Bly was D at times.

I always liked Bly. I never saw him as an antagonist. His frenemy with Mike had to do with the fact Bly felt the Mike Burn Notice had some truth to it. Kinda where theres smoke theres fire.

Hard to dislike Larry. Matheson played that role perfectly. But Anson was my favorite antagonist. He was a weasel, a pencil pusher, by no means intimidating or physically threatening, yet he was the one guy who countered Mike better than anyone else. Anson was a cerebral assassin and was the one guy who truly felt like he was 1 or sometimes 2 steps ahead of Mike.

My favorite 1 time antagonsit was Timo.

I did not like Bly until the bank , then thought he was not that bad. My favorite was Larry. I thought Tim Mathesion did a great job. I also liked the epsiodes he directed as well. With the second being Anson for awhile, but then I felt that the arc went on maybe a little to long.

My favorite was Larry as well. However the worst one was James which is bad because he was the one they decided to play the BIG BAD of the series. (And this is from someone who thought John Pyper-Ferguson portrayal of Tex in the Last Ship was great)
