Accent

I'm slightly intrigued by Ben Whinshaw's accent in this film (which I love, by the way). I have the soundtrack too, which is mainly Whinshaw reciting the poems from the film, to Mark Bradshaw's music.

He's from Bedfordshire, right? And yet to me the way he reads (especially noticeable in 'La Belle Dame Sans Merci' has something slight West Country-ish. Any thoughts?

Did I mention that I love this film? ;-)

Try posting it on his board. I really don't know anything about his accent, but I love his recitation of the poems. Those poems really have life to them in his voice.
