Mr. Jingles or S.I.C.K.?

Which one do you think is the better of the two clownsterpieces?
Personally, I enjoyed Mr. Jingles. Even though it was bad, it was nowhere near as pathetic as S.I.C.K. Serial Insane Clown Killer (one of the worst horror films I've ever seen). I struggled through that one.

In terms of entertainment,

S.I.C.K. > Mr. Jingles.

On the oh-my-god-wow-that-was-retarded scale,

Mr. Jingles > S.I.C.K.

Both are equal in filmmaking, or should I say lack thereof, maybe... (?)

Overall, S.I.C.K. is the better of the two, bc it at least is somewhat watchable. Mr. Jingles sucks for all the WRONG reasons. But I love both of them, like a ton.
