the clapping song?

I know it's performed by Kate O'Sullivan and it's a cover of The Belle-Stars covering Shirley Ellis but I like the Kate O'Sullivan version much better. I've looked all over but can't find it, does anyone have any ideas where it might be? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
