She was murdered in a snuff movie.

I'm not sure how many episodes you got to see, but a character called Stella is introduced. She pimps "high class" girls to "high class" customers. One of her girls was Kay, but she sold her to be in a snuff movie.

She did the same to Lisa in the last episode, but Lisa escaped.
