ECW Hardcore Title

Every other brand has a second tier title (Raw-Intercontinental, Smackdown-US). If they were serious about making ECW a legit brand they need a second tier title and nothing would make more sense than a hardcore championship. Opinions?

No need for it, the U.S. or I.C. titles can be WWECW's secondary title. Just like how they share SD's World Tag Team title.

Putting a 'hardcore' title in "ECW" would be the biggest act of redundancy ever ever.
