When Vladamir first woke up and was 3 weeks into the future, was that a dream? Although later on when his room mate is explaining what happend and why he did it, the events which unfold happen slightly differently.
shareJORGE put something in all the eggs. It was a chemical mix he was experimenting with. It messed with VLADIMIR's mind, making him lose track of time. It's kinda like SLAUGHTERHOUSE 5, except he wasn't really time-travelling. It's all about perception.
VLADIMIR lived the month normally, but on specific days he thought it was either the past or the future.
