What the HELL?!

Olivia Hack returning as Shion, and O'Shaugnessy returning as KOS-MOS? Please tell me that current list is -wrong-! I mean, there has been a resounding number of complaints since Episode II that Ep. 2's voice actors for Shion and KOS-MOS sucked. Of course, a very small few disagree, but the majority of fans had called for the return of Lia Sargent and Bridget Hoffman. Had the Localization team turned a deaf ear? Are they that stubborn?

Or is this one of Imdb's casting mistakes?

reply

Maybe it is just a casting mistake, since we clearly hear Lia's voice in the E3 trailer. Although, I would be elated if Olivia Hack was back!

(Hehe, hi Rosie...SR here.)

EDIT: Looks like they must've edited it so that Lia is Shion. ;.;

As we all know IMDB doesn't always get stuff straight. As far as starting rumors this might be the best place to refer to, but until we HEAR the voices ourselves, this might only be a point of intrest.

And if they only have Bridget Hoffman for T-Elos and not KOS-MOS, I am gonna be seriously pissed. *crosses fingers*

(this is SJ byt he way XD)

reply

Yes. I know for sure that Shion's voice is Lia Sargent and KOS-MOS's voice is Bridget Hoffman.

reply

At least we know that the Hack thing was a mistake. But Colleen O'Shaughnessey as KOS-MOS? ...*kills self* might as well not buy episode III then. I hope that putting O'Shaughnessey up was another IMDB mistake as well...

{hehe I'm also a user on XL}

Juding from the English trailer at E3, Shion is definitely Lia Sargent again. T-elos sounds A LOT like Bridget Hoffman.

Yep, the E3 trailer serves as proof that Shion and KOS-MOS's Ep. 1 voice actors are returning. It's obvious that whoever posted the cast listing simply assumed that the Ep. 2 cast would return, and they're wrong. (Thank God!)
