Jr. and Jin are probably my favorites, simply because of how introspective they are.
I love all the characters from the URTV plot...I know most people hated the story in Ep. II, but I thought it was the best written part of the entire series, in terms of story and introspection.
Allen is cute and sweet...in a very strange way :p

KOS-MOS would definitely be my pick for the ladies. She is beautiful, deadly, and tenacious. Her standing up to T-Elos on the Floating Landmass, even when she knew she didn't stand a chance, as well as the CAT test against Omega Rae Nova (or whatever) was just so inspiringly awesome.
Out of the guys, I'd have to go with Ziggy. He never let the fact that he was so badly out of date keep him from beating the crap out of just about anybody that stood in his way. Even Marguilles seemed to respect him after their fight in Episode I. And the way he tore a hole in the Omega...
I'm in love with Jin! He is sexy sexy.
For the chix, I like KOS-MOS and I used to like Shion in Ep.1, but then I hated her up until the very very end.
