How was she alive in the future??

I hope someone can come up with an answer. This is complicated for me to explain but here it goes: there's a part where Chiaki explains to Makoto that he used his last time leap to save their friend because in the future where he came and where the friend have died, she blamed herself and lived with the guilt (if im not wrong), so that proves that she made it to the future. But now HERE'S THE PROBLEM. She leapt through time to avoid her train accident that morning with the bike. But that was thanks to the walnut that Chiaki brought this time. So the future her shoudnt be alive since this is a exceptional time where she could leap. So the future her shoudnt be alive since she couldn't have avoided it.

Are you thinking of Chaiki's actual future time? He was talking about the future when Kōsuke originally died at the train stop which would be Makoto's time. She didn't get hit by the train because she went back in time while going through the air. Otherwise she would explode like a human water ballooon after getting hit by that train. What you're saying is multiple timelines with multiple Makoto's.

Depending on the theories of time its linear or there are multiple timelines. The primary theory is you can't change what has already happened and you can't physically go back in time. It would only be your consciousness in a body that exists in that era like Quantum Leap.Of course Quantum Leap made it so you can only travel within your lifespan. But the time traveling in this movie seems to be more linear. So since she is in the present then her future hasn't been written. So when she reversed time then the past became the new present instead of another timeline.Of course then there is the other theory on what happens to your brain if you retain the knowledge of various futures but lets not get into all that.
