She got it back when Chiaki used his final one to leap back to save Kosuke. Then she leaped back to when she had one left.

shareBut how could leaps ever be spent, if they were reset to the count at the point of time she jumps to? Each jump would either take her back to a point where she had one more - or none at all, if she jumped back far enough (thus losing the ability to jump at all). This still doesn't make sense to me...
shareThe jumps she has are limited in number. Every time she jumps back, she loses one. The only reason she got one back was because someone else jumped back and so rewinded her jumps. It was outside of her control.
