I mean, this game could be good. It could be bad. I've waited for it since forever, but I haven't played it yet. But that's not really my concern. What I wonder is if it's canon to the movie? Are we to believe that the events in this game cover what really occured during the gaps in the movie? If so, neat. But I think I'd prefer that the movie remained ambiguous and that this game is just a fun interpretation.

It matters whether or not things are canon in phenomena like Star Wars, because they are developed and built upon over decades (and hopefully centuries)- but for something like Reservoir Dogs, since it's basically a one-time thing (or two time now that the game's out), it won't be built on and it's open to interpretation- if people want to believe that it's canon then they should.
