No, it's the Australian government that are pansies.
I think the violence problem with this game is that all you kill are cops, and you kill them violently. Lot's of blood and splatter.

You can also kill Peds. but there is lots of Splatter and gushes and Brains come out of poeples heads.
It is very Graphic
