I dislike asking a stupid question but I could not make out the credits at the end for song information.
I loved this piece that played throughout the movie in particular the scene with Natalie Portman sitting by the Brooklyn Bridge and her (hubby?) sits next to her.
Not even my Shazam App could find it!

By the style of it, and being the only song with a completely different style from the rest of the other songs on the movie I have a feeling the one you're talking about is by Marcelo Zarvos.
Shows up as "Original Music" on the credits so I'm having a real hard time finding it.
