London Free Press (London, ON) should be all over the news of MVP...shooting starting in July through to October

I live in that crappy high rise in behind the Harvey's(now a Dixie Lee) and noticed the trailers in the parking lot out front. They were filming some scenes in what I assume is that big red mansion out front on Dundas.
One has to wonder why they'd chose this ghetto city, let alone an area in the armpit of London.
I walked by today hoping to get a glimpse of someone famous(or semi-famous) but the trailers were gone. I guess they were only filming in that area on Thursday.

They were filming today just outside where I work (near the market/JLC).

They re filming right now around Cathcart St. and Drchess Ave.
It was cool to see, but I didn't notice anyone.
Also they are using my friend's house on McKenzie.

They're currently filming right now on Dundas Street, back at that big red mansion across from the police station, near Beal.
I walked by earlier and it looks like a balcony/patio scene is being shot. If you see a highrise building in the background in that scene when it airs, that's my place.

They are filming alot downtown lattely, rather then the studio in South London. They were in Arva today again.

They are filming today right beside my business at Clarence & York. I guess they filmed soem scenes at a friend of mine's sister's house too. I never even heard of this before last week.
shareLooks like they'll be back out there again tomorrow as well. The parking meters have been blocked off, and there's a spot reserved for them in their usual spot beside Dr. Doolittle's and the locksmith place.
Edit: The day after Labour Day, they were back at it again. I'm guessing they're almost done by now. Considering the series is set to debut in January, and I'll assume it's the standard 13 episode run, which is normal for any 100% Canadian tv series.

Yesterday they were at it again. When I got off work I noticed they had the street blocked off between Adelaide and William.

Why can't they film this in Northern Ontario? That's all they HAVE up there, after all, is hockey. Can't they give the North a break? I mean, hey, Southern Ontario is always making fun of how long Northern Ontario winters are -- but the upside of that is that life in the North means hockey 8 months of the year!
