Either Im confused-or there was a goof in the movie!

OK, in the movie Tracy's father did a background check on Gabby. When he was calling in his request, he said Gabby was 19? Am I right? Well if she was in the car with Eric 12 years ago when she go the DUI, she would have been 7? She couldnt have driven or been under the influence? And during the movie when the showed the form that listed the age of Eric he was 22, so it would have been wierd to be with a 7 year old? Or did Tracy's Dad say 29 and I miss heard? Please be kind when you reply....Im sorry if Im just confused....

There still was a goof,,,okay Gabby was 29,it said on the DUI paper that she was 21 and he was 22 at the time which was 12 years earlier,Gabby would have been 17 not 21 12 years earlier,some poor editing.

I missed that one, but I didn't miss Tracy's father saying Gabby was 29, and Eric telling her Tracy before she met her that Gabby was 28. The DUI was supposed to be 12 years ago and the report listed Gabriella as 20 and Eric as 22. Bad editing, I agree.
