I know it makes for good tv

Unfortunately, it's happening again right now in the "Surrogacy Trap" on LMN. Really making surrogacy look like a bad option for good people, what with stolen or destroyed family pictures, the come-ons to the husband, unwanted announcement of baby's gender, and the eventual retaining/ransoming of the newborn. At least the crazy birth mother isn't living with them in their...oh no, they just asked her to "stay with them for a while..." It's only for one night, though... ;)

You should watch "The Rival" with Tracy Nelson. That movie has a normal birth mother and a psycho adoptive mother :)

I wish they would too! I have a niece and my sister is an awesome mother because of an awesome birth mother....bless you
