'plot hole'

I've just read the goofspage, and there is one thing that isn't right by my opinion:

"Plot holes: To own a Liechtensteinian anstalt (company) like the one owning the W group in the comic book and the movie, one just has to put his name on the shares. So when Largo lost the shares during the pursuit in the movie, he should have lost the group without any possibility of getting it back. (This detail is clearly specified in the comic book.)"

As far as I'd understand, Largo could get it back as long as nobody filled in his or her name. Only at the moment the're is a name on the shares, someone "re-ownes" te group. So...

What does others think?

what they meant was : the logical thing for the "bad guys" to do, right after recovering the shares, would have been to put their name on it. They should've gone with their plan, on the spot, and made Goran or Ferguson sign the papers, hence giving them control of the company.

I'm not entirely sure. They didn't specify in the movie that you could write your name on the shares. Maybe in the real world that's how it works, but in the movie all I heard described were that they were bearer shares. In other words, whoever possessed them owned them. End of story.

Now, if in the movie world, like the real world, one could fill them out as well, perhaps they were waiting for to publically reveal Largo's brother as heir, have him take temporary possesion of the shares, and then proceed to do some legalistic gymnastics to make Ferguson the major shareholder, just to make sure everything appeared legit to the board, the shareholders, and the public.
