I think it was the kitten hanging from the rear view mirror. Horrible. The heart transplant wouldn't be disturbing to the MPAA I would think - it isn't violence. It's a remarkable, life-saving technique.

shareActually there were a number of images, but to me it was the end when Dano's character gets creamed in the intersection. It was out of nowhere but I kind of expected it since the first time he went to get the duck, he looked, but this time he did not. To predictable after the fact.
