Someone please define: Yahaira

There's a scene where the girl says "You not a Yahaira anymore."
I'm not spanish/mexican and don't know what a Yahaira is. Can someone please define the term and explain it?
It's slang for beautiful girl, but I think the junior hookers in the movie were using it as a name for their gang.
