Please help!

Every time I play the game
It seems to be going fine
But then when I try to save
It says 'Error occured, could not save'
And then after a little while, usually just as shes walking to Brees house in the very first episode, it freezes and closes
I've never even gotten to episode two
And its driving me crazy
Because I want to play it so much

HELP!!!!!!
