Yeah it will be a illegal move, but they may be playing American Football their own way, especially when the midgets were playing dirty but the ref didn't do anything to stop it so I'm guessing their style of playing American Football was that there's no rules

I found it more ridiculous that there were just a couple of random patches of slimy mud on an otherwise pristine field on a sunny day in the middle of spring.
