How many people do you reckon died...............

who were in the south tower, and evacuated to the lobby, when the north tower had been hit, only to be told to go back to their offices, and then unfortunately got killed when the seocond plane struck

I'm sure many died who went back to their offices. I remember hearing this from survivors just after 9/11 then watching this brought it all back. I guess the port authority were just as much in the dark as the rest of us and thought it had been an accident until that 2nd plane hit.

Well, considering the fact that 40 000 people worked in the Twin Towers, and nearly 38 000 of them survived, I don't think the number was that high.

Come on mate, not the "rigged" explosives theory again. there WERE no rigged explsives. I happened how it happened. If 2 planes arent enough to take down 2 buildings then i dont know what is.

Because this event was SO big, our minds have to come up with some kind of "other" explanation other than the truth or what your eyes have been seing. This is no magic trick or slight of hand. 2 Planes hit 2 buildings with enough fuel in them to melt the supporting steel frame work. The "puffs" you see further down the buildings are explosions on compression because of the sheer weight of the remaining tower over where the planes hit.

I'm not one sighted but even a blind man can give you the basic understanding of simple building engineering. So enough with the rubbish and stick to the truth and fact.

As to how many we "reckon" died, even one person dying was too many...
