I just caught up. After I watched s4 & s5, I went back and watched some favorites from s3. Do you think that if Sarah stayed around her and Becker would have ended up together? Or do you think he would have still had his little thing (what exactly was it other than adorable?) with Jess?
I think I liked Jess better, but I liked Sarah, too.

I'd say Becker and Jess, definitely. The way Becker acted when Jess got bit by the beetle was so sweet and cute, he was SO worried about her!
shareHands down I prefered Becker and Jess, but I'm not sure Jess would have been introduced if Sarah hadn't left the show. I certainly remember thinking the were setting up Sarah and Becker, so if she had stayed I think they probably would have ended up together.
But I'm glad they didn't. Because Becker was made for Jess :-) (and vice versa). They were my favorite part of of the last season. When she had been bitten by the beadle and they were in the car...that whole scene was so sweet.
'You're mean.'
'Yes I'm very mean'.
'I hate you.'
'No you don't.'
And then later on in the episode when she woke up and he was so happy and then muttered how he was 'going to go do some security stuff'.
It was so very very sweet. They had so much less time but they easily tied with Abby and Conner for my favorite couple.
I haven't warmed up to Jess yet - I don't dislike her but I am not overly fond of her or her with Becker ...
I guess I was looking forward to him and Sarah too much. I think it sucks that they just killed her off screen in a sentence.
