How did the ARC become "half private"?...
What the hell does that even mean? A secret government organization is now half-owned by a private company...

yeah, that didn't make a whole lotta sense to me, either. I figure they just dumped it in to have an excuse to introduce another slimy, deceitful bad guy since they (thank God!!) finally killed off Helen. I must say, this show managed to come up with some of the most loathsome, hate-worthy characters of any show I can recall. Not sure if that's a great accomplishment...I know there needs to be "bad guys," but nuances would be nice. Like, the bad guys could have some redeeming features? Make it more complex?
Or did Helen's ludicrous cleavage count as a redeeming feature (features)? I guess it depends on your orientation....just SOOOO glad she's gone!
