to be honest, if I had to choose I would have definitely picked the Omarion music video instead of the commercial. Seeing someone in a music video just kind of sparks your interest and I think she would have gotten more exposure this way..but that's just me.. what do you guys think?

shareI think she made the right choice. I can't believe Omarion and his people saying that crap about her after they found out she double booked. I hope they took that out of context like the video editors do for reality shows because Omarion should now how it is when you are trying to make a name for yourself. If its not out of context then I think less of Omarion.
shareThe commercial is the way to go... for the video, she probably would have made about $300, for the commercial, nearly $700 for the day, plus about $95 every time they run it. A commecial can make you a pile of cash! Think how many times you see any particular commercial and multiply that by about $100. If you see it 10 times, they just made about $1000, if you see it 100 times, that's 10 grand!
The video is just a video and she would have been in the back ground only, besides MTV already gave her the press for this show.

I think Jersey made the right decision. By doing the SKETCHERS commerical she'd get more exposure to be seen all over the world. Doing a video is just seen for a couple months or weeks and thats it, no more teleplay. By doing the commerical she'd have a better chance to be seen in print ads.
Plus her agent booked the gigs not Jersy so O shouldn't have gotten mad at her evern though her agent double booked her.

I saw the Omarion video. Basically, the back-up dancers were shoved way in the back during most of the dance parts and you barely saw any female dancers. So yes, it was better for Jersey to take Sketchers and get more exposure.
shareBy the way, the part where Omarion was pissed cause he found out at the shoot that jersey wasnt coming had to be fake!(to create drama) I am in the industry and her agent would have called Omarions agent/manager the second after she chose the to do the comercial. So that he would have time to find someone else. Double bookings happen...so people are always given time to fix things.
The only thing that would be weird is if no one likes mexican food cause I'm making FAJITAS!
