Why no English subtitled version?

I'm not shocked that there aren't more comments on this series, as it does not appear to be available with English subtitles. I don't know why this is --- it certainly limits to market to those who can understand French very well.

Having watched Spiral (Engrenages) and Braquo, I doubt I would be able to follow this series without subtitles. Not only do people speak rapidly but they use a lot of slang and idioms that I never learned when I was a 10-year-old schoolboy in Paris.
