Angie's accent (please help)

Neither, she's an Essex girl in life, and if she tried to change her accent then she completely failed. It's an Essex accent.

The actress is from Essex. There is not much difference between Essex and Cockney but, for those who do know the difference, they can tell that she's Essex.

Please note that Rose had a completely different accent. I'd guess that she's from Leeds or Bradford.
