I spoke to Prof. Parkin back in 2006, while he was still filming this movie. He showed me a few clips, and asked me if I recognized some of the actors. I was able to name David Ogden Stiers, Larisa Oleynik, and Kirby Heyborne. However, he had to point out Joey Lawrence to me, whom I did not recognize because he was bald. I remember being amused at the idea of this film; a sort of quirky, Christmas from Hell concept. I am amused still to see this entry for the film.
share I was an extra in the movie. And I knew of a couple of actors who were going to be in the film. The first night I was there I saw David Ogden Stiers, Larisa Oleynik, and Kirby Heyborne. I recognized them all right away, from such movie and shows as.. MASH, Alex Mack, and Sons of Provo. I also knew that Joey Lawrence was going to be in the film, but had yet seen him. But as the night went on I walked by Joey Lawrence by craft services and didn't even recognize him. He looked completely different. I guess, I was expecting him to look like what he did when he was in blossom or something. ( keep in mind this was before he did Dancing with the stars.) But they were all extremely nice actors and I'm excited for this movie to come out. From the parts I saw, it looks like its going to be a good one. The concept for it, sounds like it could come from anyones life which will make it a hit.
I've also talked to Jeff and he plans on getting the film out this year for the hoildays.
