Song question

I'll probably post this on the respective boards that I will mention in this post, but what is that song that plays during the clip from the needle pit scene in Saw II. It has a really cheery feel and some whistlin' done, I've heard it before in the Brak Show (where they add lyrics to it at the end of the episode), and also on promos for Drew Carey's Green Screen Show
