It is obvious, though maybe not to you, that this film was made with a minimal budget and completely under the "big movie" radar. It was obviously made with a production company producing it, but apparently there is no distributor that has signed to distribute it in any region of the world, no company seems to want to touch it, that usually means they feel it won't be profitable for them. The likeliest scenario is a company that is having a lot of big money-making hits (for example, Warner Bros, what with The Dark Knight, Harry Potter, Superman, etc.) would buy distributing rights for the film in America and/or worldwide, because they would have the money to flush down the toilet (as harsh as that saying is) on this film, that's how companies would see it. The only company that would buy the rights to distribute it would be the one making the most money at the moment because they would have money to spare on something that won't make much money.
