Who were the two guys? Character and actor?

There are two males in this movie that I can't tell 1) what that actor's name is who played the guy in the wheelchair; and 2) which character was played by Jason Maxim http://www.imdb.com/name/nm4205734/?ref_=nmmd_md_nm who is listed as 'uncredited' in the cast list? It says Gimp but that doesn't mean the guy in the wheelchair? I don't recall the scene?

I just watched the movie, and it wasn't too bad. I will admit I laughed at some scenes. I don't know why so many posters on this board are panning this movie, because it wasn't as bad as some other movies I've seen.

BTW Jason Maxim is too handsome a man to have played gimpy. I don't suppose that this Gimp was the Kevin character who was in the STD e-card scene, the guy who was on the computer? There *is* no Kevin listed in the cast list here.

And I don't recall the guy in the wheelchair's name being said in the movie. Checked all the male actors, and didn't see anyone who resembled him. Anyone know?
