Those who've pointed out that "Heyy Babyy" borrows from "Three Men and a Baby" don't seem to know that "Three Men and a Baby" borrowed in the first place from a - rather better, IMO - French film called "Trois Hommes et un Couffin". Hollywood did pay the French author - Coline Serreau - for the use of her idea. Let's hope Bollywood is equally honest.
