Since when do newborns have teeth>?

the baby arrives on their doorstep soon after birth as the mother is told they baby has died... (as if she wouldnt know!!)

um i think in the movie they said that the grandfather had some nanny or supervisor to take care of the baby, but when she refused thats when he left the baby on the doorstep

At first the baby is given to Eshas dads secretary who denied to take care of the baby a few months later ... so it is not a new born when it arrives on their doorstep.
